ReplyDeleteThese cakes freeze exceptionally well!! AS for postage to the US, I'm not sure about difficulty or expense to be honest. I would assume the cost to be a bit due to the weight. Packaging though Im not sure if you'd need a particular food-grade-something, or even certain fabrics to keep the temperature relatively stable ??

ReplyDeleteI would definitly be interested in buying one of your lovely cakes if it wasn't too costly to ship. We have food shipped from family members that live in NYC, FL., & even the Caribean & it usually arrives unscathed but Sydney is even farther yet. It could be freezed, placed in a double freezer bag, boxed, & mailed. We would need to know its weight plus packaging & shipping rates to Oregon, USA. I, of course, would pay for the packaging & shipping.
I dunno if that is asking too much or not but I thought I would throw it out there. Again, food (raw vegan) for thought.
