Today I really want to touch on Upgrades.
Upgrades. Upgrades. Upgrades.
This is what I am all about lately ~ quite fitting considering my clients are going through the same vibes right now; upgrading their diet, their water intake, their movement, health, energy, their thoughts, beliefs and more.
I'm a firm believer that your health is the supporting role to living an incredible, abundant, beautiful life.
Side story (but still totally relevant) :: My best friend went to a business / money training gig this week and there was one older gentleman there talking on superannuation. She said his key take-home was to invest in your super now, or it will run out before you do (with our increasing life spans these days).
Her response... "You need to invest in your health first or that super will be worthless anyway!"
Ok, so maybe not totally relevant, but I thought it was pretty powerful.
So many of us take our health for granted. It's not until a big wake up call of some kind (auto-immune, cancer, broken bones and an inability to move for a period of time) hits us in the face like a mach-truck, that we stop and take a good hard look at how we are living our lives.
I'm here so that truck doesn't need to hit you, for you to realise, that without your health ~ true health ~ you've really got nothing.
So, I'm going to be creating a bunch of educational, inspirational, easy-to-follow, done-for-you guides, ebooks, audios are more. Coz that's what I love to do, and I want to do more of it!
I've got lists, and lists, and mind maps, and scribbled sticky post-its on my walls, and notes in my phone, and pen on my arm most days... of information I need to get out of my head and onto something for YOU.
This is STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW!
