Everything varies: time, duration of time spent sitting, size, shape, color, etc. I've been a vegetarian/vegan for aout seven years now & the past year or so, a high raw foodist. I sometimes get constipated too. However, one thing I've notice is that if I consume a large green smoothie in the am that contains fruit, greens, flax, hemp, chia, green powder, & EFA's I'll generally have a seemingly healthy bm within an hour, virtually every time.
